Welcome to Bungo! By accessing or using mybungo.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bungo. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

2. Accounts

You may play Bungo as a guest or create a free account using your email address. Guest progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data. Creating an account enables cloud saves, social features, and access to higher levels.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Virtual Items & Currency

Bungo includes virtual coins, items, potions, gacha fragments, and other in-game assets. These virtual goods:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged, sold, or traded for real currency
• Are licensed to you, not owned by you

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or reset virtual items and balances at any time for game health, maintenance, or other reasons.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit bugs, cheats, bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading Bungo names or usernames

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, code, game mechanics, character designs, and trademarks associated with Bungo are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

User-generated content (such as Bungo names) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the Service.

6. Advertising

Bungo is a free-to-play game supported by advertising. Ads may appear as display banners or optional rewarded video ads (where you choose to watch an ad in exchange for in-game energy or bonuses). We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. You can learn more about how Google uses data in their advertising policies.

7. Availability & Updates

We strive to keep Bungo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the game at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, virtual items, or game progress.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-game notice or update to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
